Skilled at turning ideas and data into compelling stories that power your mission, Charlotte is a seamless addition to any development team. Since her grant career began in 2021, Charlotte has developed bespoke grant systems that make what can be a complex and involved process efficient and enjoyable. She loves helping her clients realize their dreams, whether that be building a new school or sustaining valuable community programs.

More than your typical contract grant writer, Charlotte uses a highly collaborative, integrated approach to fundraising. By building close relationships with her clients, your successes become hers, and she loves to see your organization thrive. She manages the full scope of grant fundraising, from research to writing to stewardship, allowing your team to focus on what matters most— the people you serve.

When Charlotte develops your grant strategy, she brings years of experience plus a deep understanding of local funding landscapes. Charlotte has worked on complex multi-million dollar capital campaigns and raised over $25M through private foundation and government grants. She is passionate about making the world a better place, making it natural to communicate your work to potential funders.

When not working on how to fund your mission, you can find Charlotte adventuring with her son, husband, and two dogs in her hometown of San Francisco.

Curious if your organization the right fit for Charlotte?

Clients (typically!) fit the following criteria:

  • Mid-sized nonprofit organizations with operating budgets over $1M. (Smaller organizations— check out my grant readiness assessment!)

  • Located in California or Washington State.

  • You want to increase your organization’s grant revenue and have a clear understanding of how grants fit into your fundraising plan.

  • You need to add capacity to your team to write and manage all aspects of grant proposals, from research to writing to tracking submissions.

  • Your organization is grant-ready with all the documents and information needed to submit grants on hand. (We can fine-tune this together!)
